Blake Ward

Blake Ward situated in the Queens Building of the hospital is where you will stay if you spend the night following an operation carried out by the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Department (other wards may be used occasionally).

Here the experienced nursing staff will care for you and ensure you receive the medical care you require.

On the ward the clinical members of the team the consultants, staff grades and SHO's will visit at 08.00am, they may also be present throughout the day if necessary.

The operating theatre suite is just down the corridor from the ward.

You may visit patients on Blake ward at any time but NOT during the morning ward round 0800am till 0930am.
