Consultant Surgeons

The consultant surgeons are the team leaders. They are responsible for the work carried out by the members opf the team. They peform the bulk of the more complex procedures carried out and also provide training for the other team members.

We have three consultants.

You should see a consultant on at least one occasion when you come to visit us, though for the more simple conditions you may see one of our staff grade or senior house surgeons.
