This agreement is between the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Taunton & Somerset NHS Trust (referred to as “we”, “us” or “our”) and each person (referred to as “you” or “your”) who visits or uses the tauntonmaxfax.net website (“Website”).

1. Terms of Use

1.1. Your use of the Website is governed by the terms set out below, together with the Privacy Policy, (“Terms”). You may use the Website providing you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Website. If you use the Website or download material from the Website, you will be deemed to have accepted all the Terms.

1.2. We reserve the right to change the Terms by posting any changes on the Website. The new terms will be effective as soon as they are posted on the Website. You signify your acceptance to any such changes by your use of the Website following such postings.

2. Use of Website & Material

2.1. We recognise that when you access the Website, your computer downloads a copy of the material on the Website to enable you to view and/or print it. 5.2. 5.3. These Terms and any matter arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales and be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
